Sophia is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology (Mental Health Counseling) from Roosevelt University. She has experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing challenges with anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Sophia is passionate about serving individuals from all walks of life. Sophia strives to provide a safe and non judgemental space for her clients to heal and empower themselves. As a therapist, Sophia provides authentic, warm, culturally sensitive affirming therapy, and humor in her sessions. Sophia understands that navigating through life with mental health conditions can be challenging and difficult to reach out to others for support.
