Rose Tauke is completing her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marquette University. She has a Masters in Women and Gender Studies from Roosevelt University and a Bachelors in Women and Gender Studies from Gustavus Adolphus College. Rose has a special interest in helping those who are looking to re-evaluate their relationship with alcohol. Her strong background in Women and Gender Studies informs her work as a therapist. As a mom of young children, she has interests in helping clients navigate the challenges of parenthood. Rose brings strong empathetic listening skills as well as unconditional positive regard to her clients. She is dedicated to helping others learn how to feel their feelings and develop coping mechanisms to get through life’s challenges. It is important for Rose to utilize evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She is passionate about exercise, mindfulness and healthy eating as a way to manage mental health. It would be a privilege for Rose to help you navigate the ups and downs of life.
